The Powell Lofts represents a transformation from an industrial arts and vocation school into a cool 44 unit, unique, loft apartment complex. With 14 foot ceilings in the woodworking shop and mechanical rooms, to 19 foot ceilings in the gymnasium, Charlesfort had great fun revamping this spectacular space into bright exciting loft apartments.
