Ryan also has years of customer service and sales experience from his experience in the financial industry. Additionally Ryan’s background in Mechanical Engineering has allowed him to be highly organized and task oriented.

Ryan's connections with the banking industry allows him to help all buyers with the mortgage side of a purchase. He will also make recommendations to you about lawyers, building inspectors and bankers that can help you with your sale or purchase. Costs associated with the entire purchase or sale are discussed with you up front, so that you know what to expect.

Donna’s first experience in real estate was working for her husband Bob Cole who’s clients benefited from her” Prepare To Sell “ suggestions, while photographing the home for the website and feature sheets.

In 2002 Donna (along with her sister Judee) opened Room Remedy the first Staging company  in Ottawa so that she could offer Prepare to Sell services,  to clients who wanted to sell quickly and for top dollar! 

Donna travelled to Calgary to earn her Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation.   An ASP is a professional who has completed the Staging training program which teaches proven techniques and standards in home presentation with both classroom instruction and hands-on Staging.

When listing  your property with the “Cole Connection” you do so knowing with  Donna’s background in “Staging”  she will be able to offer advice to have your home in the best “showing condition”  so your property  appeal to the largest group of buyers!  So it Sells quicker!, and  for the best possible sale price!

Donna is prepared to knowledgeably guide Buyers through the home purchasing process with her natural approach and enthusiasm.  Donna is dedicated to offering exceptional customer service with a desire to have her clients find their perfect home.  She believes her addition to the team will offer energy and expertise which will benefit all Clients of the Cole Connection.

 

Sandy is the newest member to join The Cole Connection team. She will be acting as the administrative assistant for Ryan and Donna. She brings with her many years of customer service experience; some of which has previously been in the real estate industry.  Sandy is very passionate about her role and takes pride in helping clients reach their goals. Her strong background in sales and her polished interpersonal skills makes it an effortless transition in joining the Cole Connection Team.

Sandy’s dedication and efficient nature in taking over the day to day office duties have made it easy for Ryan and Donna to be able to focus more of their energy on their clients.
