Hello Byward Market dwellers,

As a resident of the Byward Market myself, I always keep on top of any changes in the neighbourhood.  A recent article caught my eye that I wanted to share with you.  The city is going to be sprucing up Rideau st between Chapel and Dalhousie which is great news for the Byward Market.  The sidewalks will be widened, the power lines will be buried, and bicycle lanes will be marked.  The end result they say shoud be something like Bank St which will certainly be a big improvement to the current feel of the street.  More big news is the change of Cumberland st between George and Rideau into a two way street, providing another path out of the Byward Market.  If you have any questions about changes in the Byward Market or Byward Market real estate, it's always a pleasure to help.
